Come have fun with Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Local Vendors, Carnival Games, Dunk Tank, and Food Trucks!
Jan. 28 - Feb. - 20th: Hear all about what AVID has to offer this week. Watch AVID videos and scan the QR code below for the application.
Feb. 20: Applications Due! All applications are due by the end of the day on the 20th.
Feb. 24-26: Interviews - Those students new to the AVID elective at CSMS will participate in a face - to face, or virtual, interview.
March 6: Decisions Shared - Students will know by March 6th if they have been accepted into the AVID program.

Lexington One Volunteer Application Process
We are excited that you are interested in volunteering with Lexington One! Please follow the steps below to
complete the new volunteer application process:
- ✅ Step 1: Complete the Application📄 Access the Lexington One Volunteer Application here: Application LINK
- ✅ Step 2: Create Your Sterling Volunteers Account📧 After submitting your application, you will immediately receive an email invitation from Sterling Volunteers.
● Follow the link in the email to create your account.
● Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
● Once your account is created and the application is complete, your background check will begin.
Note: Volunteers are not required to pay for their background check. You may choose to
cover the full amount or make a partial donation to help offset the cost.
✅ Step 3: Background Check
🔍 Your background check will typically take 48–72 hours to process.
✅ Step 4: Notification of Results
📩 Once your background check is complete, you will receive an email notification.
